Weekly Yoga
Every Sunday at 5:15pm
Four times a month
Climbing and Yoga are two peas in a pod.
Consistent yoga practice will improve your mind-body connection, teach you to marry movement with breath, develop balance and coordination, and drastically improve your mobility and recovery. All of which will make you a better climber.
We offer daily rates or you can save 25% when you subscribe to our Yoga Membership!

Youth Team
Suitable for ages 7 - 16
Tuesdays & Thursdays from 5:30 - 7:30pm
This program is an excellent way to develop children's climbing skills technically, mentally and physically. Our Youth Team train twice a week with a dedicated coach who personalizes their training program to teach them to harness their strengths and work through their weaknesses. It is also an entryway into participating in climbing competitions when season begins if the child is interested.

Homeschool Mondays
Bi-weekly on Mondays
10am - 12pm
We offer exclusive pricing and access to our gym to Homeschool Students bi-weekly on Mondays! Climbing is an excellent way for kids to learn how to trust their bodies, manage stress, channel their energy in a productive way, socialize with other homeschool kids, and have a blast while doing it!
